ADHD Coach Steph
Never let it hold you back.
You can do anything you set your mind to.
Hello I'm Steph
I support adults, particularly women in midlife, who feel stuck, overwhelmed, and quietly asking themselves, “Why does everything feel so much harder than it should?”

If you’re living with ADHD, whether diagnosed or just beginning to suspect it, you may be carrying years of overthinking, masking, self-doubt, and feeling misunderstood. When midlife shifts like menopause enter the picture, it can feel as though the strategies you relied on have suddenly stopped working.

This isn’t something I’ve just studied, it’s something I’ve lived. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life after years of trying to keep up, fit in, and figure out why things felt more difficult for me. What truly changed things wasn’t simply learning about ADHD, it was understanding how it shows up for me. That’s the insight I now help my clients build for themselves.

Working with me is a different kind of experience. You don’t need to filter what you say, justify how you feel, or worry about being judged. There’s no rushing, no blank stares, just focused, genuine attention on you: your thoughts, your patterns, your challenges, and what’s really getting in the way.

Together, we look beneath the surface. Not for quick fixes or rigid systems that don’t last, but for a deeper understanding of how your brain works, what’s driving your behaviours, and what you genuinely need to move forward.

Maybe you’re feeling scattered, emotionally drained, unmotivated, or disconnected from who you used to be. Maybe you’ve tried talking to others who want to help but don’t quite understand. This is a space where you are truly heard, because you’re navigating a brain that hasn’t been fully understood… yet.

From there, we create a way forward that works for you. Practical, sustainable changes, greater self-awareness, clearer direction, and a growing sense of trust in yourself again.

If you’re ready to stop going in circles and start making sense of what’s really happening, I’m here to walk that path with you.

For decades, I felt like I was missing something. Emotionally drained, misunderstood, always trying to keep up, but never quite fitting in.
Receiving my diagnosis was life changing. There was grief, relief, clarity, it all arrived at once. But the real shift didn’t come from the label, it came when I started digging deeper, into my patterns, my masking, and the unspoken rules I had been living by that were never designed for me.

I realized I hadn’t just struggled with focus, I had slowly disconnected from myself, from my power, from my ability to trust who I was. The work of understanding my ADHD became the work of understanding me, my emotions, my triggers, my strengths, my coping strategies. As my self awareness grew, so did my confidence. I stopped trying to force myself into someone else’s mold and started building a life that actually fit.

Becoming certified in menopause has added another layer to my work. Hormonal changes can amplify ADHD symptoms in ways that feel confusing and overwhelming, and understanding this means I can support my clients with more awareness and compassion, looking at the full picture of what is really going on.

That’s how I approach coaching. We explore your experiences, your patterns, your feelings. You already carry so much insight within you, ADHD can just make it harder to see clearly. Together, we uncover what’s been there all along.

By working together we can find what works best for you.
